Are all Tennessee hospitals mandating the Covid-19 vaccine for nurses?

I believe all healthcare workers are now required to to get the Covid 19 vaccine.

No, some are but others are not.

Exemptions are accepted at most facilities. I had a severe reaction to varicella 1 month prior to covid vaccine coming out. Advised I could not get the vaccine due to anaphylactic reaction so I have a letter.

There are some facilities that accept exemptions still. It just depends how desperate for staff they are, honestly.
