Most hospitals have picc line dressing change kits...it must be Sterile!!!!
They will include a chg cleaner, tweezers, mask for you and patient, Sterile gloves,2x2 gauze, a new secure clip and a bio patch and a large Sterile clear skin like bandage (they have many names)or a clear bandage with a gel like chg patch already on it.
