Depends on where in MA you work. I worked in SE Mass and the pay was low….high twenties low thirties to start. The closer to Boston you are, the pay seems to increase as now I am right outside of Boston and the starting pay is low forties.

Starting wage for RN's is about $45 an hour. It might be more in this medical climate.
