I am 2 years post grad and have only worked in the aesthetic field (laser). How can I get hired at a hospital (preferably L&D/PP unit) without any experience? Not considered a new grad and have no experience and can’t get interviews. Help!

Many hospitals consider a nurse with no experience for a new grad program. It may have to be in a different unit but at least you get your foot in the door along with gaining experience and confidence. They say you have to stay in that department but you really don’t. You then transfer to your desired unit.
