How can I improve my understanding of different surgical procedures?

I always recommend two books. Not sure if price of either but they helped me early in my OR career. 1-Alexander’s Care of the Patent in surgery, 2-AST GUIDE, it’s the book surgical technologist use in school. As you do more similar procedures you will learn that what you need and when you do things are similar.
