Please help. I am losing faith. I am trying to apply for NiCu RN roles but it seems like no hospital is giving me a chance. I dont know if they dont consider cause of the 2 year working gap. Any advice?

You would need to apply to a NICU that has an established residency program for nurses. Our unit has 3 levels of the program. One each for a new RN, an established nurse that is new to the NICU, and a refresher for those NICU RN 'S that have previous NICU experience. NICU babies are NOT small children/ adults. The disease process as well as their care differs greatly.
