I am interested in working in Dermatology practice. What kinds of experiences are they looking for in RN's?

(New grad, but I have 8 years in the medspa industry) I’ve been told two years experience working in a hospital. Depending on what you want to do, you may need to look into other certifications such as laser and CANS.
