Are there any nursing hacks for gloves?

1. Pop off the end cuff and ta-da hair tie.
2. Perineal ice pack
3. Balloon

They make great small ice packs. New pt? Makes a great note pad. Fun balloons for kids.

I fill a glove with warm water and tie the end and use it for those who have sensitivity to their IV site during infusion, to warm cold hands in the winter or help veins pop!

Double glove when cleaning a patient. When the first set is dirty, you have a clean pair underneath!

Wear tighter gloves when palpating for a pulse or doing a blood stick. You can feel the arteries/veins a lot easier.
