I love a product called Glysomed. You can order it online and it comes in scented and unscented. It's incredible. I discovered it in Canada with knuckles so dry and cracked they were bleeding. After trying many other creams and lotions, this one is my favorite. It's silicone based so it doesn't immediately wash off. I recommend for Best results: a layer at night before bed, covered by cloth gloves. Good luck!
Carmex lip balm tube- learned it from a patient. Works well and fast on cracked finger tips.
Working Hands lotion by OKeefe always does the trick for me. Good luck!
I use Healing Creme by Sacred Space. It is organic, raw, smells great and a little goes a long way. It lasts through multiple hand washings. It is raw so you have to make sure you have clean hands when you dip in the jar to keep it dry and clean.

I use Sacred Space Healing Creme. It’s organic, raw and smells amazing. A little goes a long way and it lasts through multiple hand washes. It is a raw product so you have to keep water and dirt out of the creme.
I love it! It’s great on cuticles too!

Kerodex 71. It's a great cream for your hands that kind of seals them and makes them "water proof". The water runs off your skin and doesn't dry it out. Directions say to re-apply after 6 hours, but we never had time in the ICU and it did the job for the 12-hour shift.
We learned about it in PICU and NICU when the nurses' hands were just raw from washing constantly. It is amazingly effective.
I would order it online now, but used to get it through Walmart pharmacy - they would order it on request.
