Many hospitals do, but especially in larger cities with big healthcare systems. For example, NY has Cohens Children's hospitals and ER, NY Presbyterian does as well, Maimonides does.
Look for children’s hospitals. Out here in CA, we have Children’s Hospital of LA and Orange County. MN has Chikdren’s hospitals in both Minneapolis and St. Paul.
