Moving to Cape Canaveral from Los Angeles in August. Is AdventHealth a good hospital to work at? Management and culture wise. It’s one of the closest hospital from the area that I am moving to.

I haven’t heard of any Advent Health hospitals anywhere near this area…
In Cape Coral, which is Lee County, FL, you have a few choices: 1) Lee Health hospital system - they have at least 6 hospitals in this area, plus many Lee Physician Group offices as well. 2) Naples area hospitals: Physicians Regional Hospital-they have 2 locations in Collier County which is about 30-45 min south and they have 2 Naples Community Hospitals (aka NCH).
I hope this helps. I unfortunately have no information about Advent Health.

Stay away from any HCA hospital! It is all about profit to them. They do not care about patient care or their employees!! Horrible health care system.
