What are some tips for hospitals in Nashville, TN? Locals, those who have experience- which hospitals to work for, which to stay away from. in general and specifically L&D/ mother baby. Thanks!

I worked for an HCA hospital in Austin and they are based in Nashville. I don’t know the Nashville area or hospitals so I can’t speak to that. I did appreciate how they handled COVID. No one lost their job unless they wanted to leave. All the “C”’s took a 20% pay cut so the rest of us could still get paid. They may not pay the most in my market, but from what I hear, the culture is far better than the other systems in our market. Good luck in your search!
