How can I locate a review course prior to taking my boards? I have a degree, but graduated in 2011. Would like to refresh prior to that.

I recommend the Hurst review. Go over concepts that you can build on.

Any of the review companies have class info on their websites (Kaplan, etc). There are also 1:1 tutoring options with companies like TutorMe, etc

you can always go on youtube and quilt
