What are the most powerful last words you heard from a patient?

Thank you. (from a dying patient and dying patients family who's family member passed on.

the patient had sudden cardiac death and was in a coma. The last words his relatives told me "No, we don't want him to be an organ donor."

The next time I saw them, "We wish he had been an organ donor."

Thank you for being so kind and staying with me every time I think of those words I tear up
