How do find nursing jobs in other countries that have a nursing shortage, such as Puerto Rico, Bahamas etc?

I was looking into international nursing and there is actually an 8 month program that allows you to work overseas and then take your international exams like our NCLEX which is required to work anywhere outside of the US. Puerto Rico might be an exception because we affiliate with PR. But anywhere else requires additional training.
