Been Trying to apply for a New Grad program, but no response from recruiters. Any suggestions?

You can reach out to them and ask if there is a date by which you can expect an answer. Sometimes they won’t let you know anything which is frustrating so it doesn’t hurt to ask. Keep applying, you’ll find something !

Go to job fairs. I teach now and I recently spoke to a manager I used to work with in the hospital for tips on how to get my students hired. She said a lot of times the new grad positions are often filled from the job fairs before they are even posted online.
Be open to wherever you can get in and then start looking to transfer when you are able. We used to not let people transfer to a different unit for six months, unless it was a very specific situation. Do not tell your interviewers that you are going to be looking for another job right away. Do your best to stay at a job for at least two years. Any less and you start to be an undesirable candidate. You can learn something valuable every day! Make sure any social media posts are clean. If you have an email address that is “cute” or unprofessional in any way, get a different one for your job searches.
