Since Covid-19, how has this impacted your mindset about nursing or your skills?

As a nurse of 30 years I would say COVID was and is tough. It did scare me. However, what allowed me to navigate through it was the support of peers, physicians and our chaplains. Almost every shift after rounds they gathered us up and would do things from prayers to blessing of the hands and more. Daily they checked on us as we did others. Without it, my emotional health and well-being probably would have crumbled. As for skills so much better.

Yes I refused to work in nursing now!!
