Nurses in the US must be licensed by the state in which they practice. If you know where you’ll live, contact that state’s board of nursing (find contact info online) to see what the requirements are to obtain a nursing license in that state.

You have to first check to see if they will take your degree from another country. I believe you have to contact the people that provide the NCLEX testing and provide transcripts that will then be evaluated and either cleared or denied to take the NCLEX
