How fast did anyone get a job they applied for to call them for an interview?

When I passed my nclex I applied to tons of jobs, even ones I knew I wasn’t qualified for. I was called in less than a week to discuss different positions I qualified for and had interviews arranged by the following week. This was at a major hospital so they have an entire “talent acquisition” team so I’m assuming things moved faster based on that.
