I'm a RN but I don't have experience. I graduated in 2012.what kind of job do I have an offer?
If you have not worked at all since 2012, you will need a refresher course in a local college continuing ed program or online. So much changes in nursing so quickly, that the syllabus I was teaching in 2012 is now outdated and has been upgraded several times since then. Even equipment changes, so if you were used to one kind of ventilator or IV pump, you will have to learn the upgrades as they come along. And theory changes more rapidly as research and evidence based practice shows us new ways of understanding and doing things.. Also, in 2012, we did not have many of the medications used today for Alzheimers, Diabetes, HD, respiratorydiseases... Perhaps (in addition to that refresher course) you might look at a position in a medical office before you go to the more complicated and demanding hospital work in order to "get your feet wet". No matter what you do, update your skills and knowledge immediately to give yourself a better chace of getting hired; then GET A MENTOR AT YOUR JOB, wherever you end up working.
