I’m very interested in labor and delivery even before becoming nurse but just can’t seem to get in. I’ve applied 8 times to different hospitals. I have been a nurse for 3 years. It’s my passion. What should I do?

Get education on breast feeding, or Lamaze classes. Maybe even get a certification as a doula or a nurse midwife. Don't let anyone stand between you and your passion!
