Yes... you need to be ethical and on your meds. Most places can't ask if you are HIV + or -

As long as you follow PPE rules, you are protected as well as your patient. Employers cannot ask you about your HIV status. However, if you are involved in a needlestick incident, they will test you for HIV and Hepatitis in order to protect the you and/or the patient.
