Prioritize and work life balance. Meaning when you are off you take time to do things you enjoy.

Medical ward. Endless. Medication. But, super experience. Prioritize, deligate, have ro have a to do list. In every ward I've worked, my to do list travels with me. Don't skip meals.. We do.
