Hello! I’m a new grad nurse currently seeking a job. What do you suggest is the best area of specialty to start in?Also, is a new grad RN position recommended or any RN position with little or no acute care experience?

Personally, if you can find a work place that will hire you into an ICU without experience, that would be my suggestion. After getting experience in ICU, you can get a lot more job opportunities. But I guess that also depends on what your ultimate goal is.. either way, I would recommend a hospital job (ER, MS, tele) if anything over say for example a skilled nursing facility.
