Are there any weekend programs that offer PTO? My hospital does not and wondering if that is the norm.

Most weekend plans have prorated PTO hours that are front loaded. Or limits on how many weekend shifts you can or cannot take, I.e. 2weekends off per year at one employer, and they required that you take the whole weekend, not break it up for any reason.
