what can I do as a newly registered nurse to get hired faster? I don't have any work experiences

1) Try a teaching hospital ( university hospital)

2) Try where you did your clinicals or where you have a classmate hired.

3) Go through a recruiter with a hiring agency. Not the facility recruiter.

Find a hospital with a nurse residency program and apply.
