I have been an RN FOR 9 years I only have ICU experience but I finally realized I am burnt out after Covid 19 nursing changed. Now I want to leave the bedside for good where i should go?

I just started pediatric home health. I love it! There are so many doors to nursing. Try an agency for some variety and see what else interests you. Best wishes!!
