I am a foreign graduate with 2 years experience in academic side with no bedside experience. How can i land job now in bedside ? Its getting difficult in Houston,Texas

Since you have no clinical (hospital/outpatient) experience, I would suggest you take a nurse refresher course at a local college to review clinical skills. Most of these will involve some hospital experience for nurses with little clinical time or nurses who are returning to work after a protracted absence which means their clinical skill must be updated. You might also consider working in an outpatient practice or a nursing home/rehab center for a while to get used to how clinical routines run and to re-learn basic skills real-time, Good luck to you!
