I am an IV therapy nurse. The question I have, is there a maximum number of PIV's placed in the arm, and if so where I can find the information so I can present it to the medical board and develop a policy.

What companies in VA are willing to train you if want to be an infusion nurse. I have 7 months of Med/Surg experience but it doesn't seem like enough when I'm applying to jobs and I dread going back to Med/Surg for more IV experience. Please advise.
