Can you get accepted into a new grad residency program even though you graduated more than 3 years ago but have no nursing experience?

I would most definitely think you could be accepted into a residency program or transition program. You stated that you have no nursing experience, so I'm guessing you mean clinical. They're desperate for bodies these days, so I'm pretty certain that a hospital system would be willing to put you through a training program.
