What is the best job search tip for transitioning into /cross training in the ICU ? I have 2 years of experience in PCU and telemetry but my profile seems not attractive enough…how did you break into ICU nursing ( not as a new grade)?

I took a class (not really a class, it lasted 6 months. I can't imagine with PCU experience you wouldn't be a good hire, Be that as it may I'd get your CCRN (your salary would be higher going in) or look at a different hospital, maybe a university associated hospital. They are usually always looking for nurses.
