What does remote nursing look like? What is an average day like?

You have to get credentialed first and only see pts who you are credentialed with. It may take time to get a case load built to make money.
You need a good home office computer and camera.
It can be fun seeing pts but avoid companies that rx controlled substances. I do not use benzos or sleeping pills. I make sure psych testing is done before I treat ADD but prefer to avoid those pts in an online setting. Check the agency policies re controlled substances.
One company had pts able to email me so I was always checking my email and on call Even on days off it made me too stressed plus you don’t get paid to answer emails.
I prefer seeing people in person but that is just me. Hope this helps.
