Haven’t been to an interview for a long time, just come back to the market so wondering what types of interview questions are more common for med/surg and ED? Any advice. Thanks!

I look for "attitude" about patients in general, how do you feel about having a psychiatric patient with a medical condition, and how do you feel about individuals with addictions. Unless your answer are thoughtful, have substantive content, and can outline your personal beliefs, you would flunk my interview.
