In north Jersey I was making 42/hr base pay and was offered $35 including night diff in south jersey (Neptune) this was in 2019 or 2020 and L&D.
BSN usually doesn’t matter compared to ADN when it comes to pay it depends on the hospital, 50 cents to 1.00 an hour in the places I’ve seen count it for anything.
