It depends on who you talk to. Most everybody will think their own specialty is exhausting...
I've worked many and ER is most exhausting but it's still my passion.

Well actually there are two that I have experienced. Heamato/Oncology and Cardiology. The 1st is extremely emotionally taxing, very long hours, especially during chemo protocols (but I love it). The 2nd is the stress and massive workups that goes with admissions and codes that may occur. But again, that I also love. I'm an ISTJ personality.. Makes sense? Hope so.
