No matter where you begin work, GET A MENTOR! Find a more experienced nurse who can be your confidant, cheering section, teacher and general support while you are getting your"sea legs". Pick someone who is open, likes to teach, and obviously loves nursing. And once you have said experience - MENTOR SOMEONE ELSE. Good luck to you!
