I just got my license in Massachusetts. How would I apply for for a Florida license? Do I need to live there before I can apply?

That is the official FL website where it tells you what to do and will send you to the application. If you don't live in FL at the time of the application, you can only apply for the FL single state RN license. However, if you live in FL, you can apply for the FL multi-state RN license thats good in all compact states.
