In this day of travel/agency/contract/crisis nursing, I just know this has to be a thing but I can’t find it. I want to be able to take like where I’d have a four day weekend from my full time job, travel and work a Baylor weekend for $$$$ & go home

Be very careful. There may be a clause in your contract that says basically you can't have a part time job with another faculty if you are Full time. That would be something to ask in HR. It's sort of "Conflict of interest". Facilities could penalize you for that.

I don't know the answer to this lol, but to become a travel RN you have to have a contract with an agency that does this. Maybe search for Travel RN jobs in your area and see if you can find the agency. Then they will place you but you have a choice to say no if you don't like it or you can tell them your preferences.
