Have a strong recommendation from your current team mates. Sit down with your HR/talent acquisitions team and develop a pathway for mentorship/preceptorship.

Be willing to negotiate giving them x amount of time commitment as a trained ICU nurse before you start training as CRNA.

Be proud of yourself for your plan to advance in your career. This is healthy to develop your life and talents.
