After you get a years experience, the application process is easy. Once you talk to a recruiter and get submitted to a facility, usually a day or two for facility to respond. If you and the facility decide you can work with each other, then an offer. Talk to your recruiter before accepting. Iron out the details. Make sure you and the recruiter and the facility talk about expectations on both sides. Depending on location, time of the week, and when they do orientation, you can be at work with a week. Never accept an auto offer. That is when they get your profile/application and offer you the job before they talk to you. May just be policy, but can sometimes means there is something really wrong and need someone yesterday. Be weary of auto offers.
