I am wanting to try PRN nursing, my hospital would not allow me too. I was hired as PRN at a higher rate at a nearby hospital. What has your experience been with PRN?

I really liked working PRN. If opens up a schedule that you can define. It provided me with freedom when my kids were small. But it depends on the hospital and if you like the department.
