Hello Dear Peers, which nursing agency pays the most and offers more hours? I live in Massachusetts and I’m thinking about to relocate to Florida as well (D/T lower cost of living). Please advise your peer here…

Do research before you make that move, especially in the area that you are thinking to live. Travel rates are low in Florida, staff rates are much lower., the cost of living therefore does not equate. Baycare on the west coast is a good system to work for. Check them out.
