I work in Home Health and make $25/hr as a LPN. I think for a RN that is too low.

No. That is ridiculous pay for the amount of training and responsibility this job requires. With housing/inflation it’s not even a sustainable income.

Depends on the length of experience. A new grad should be making this. For someone with experience, this rate is too low.

Usually the more south you go the lower the salary becomes. CA n NY PAY approx 3 x the salary you quoted.
Living expenses are high in NY less in North CA. Cost of living is high. Stay close to the hospital to save on gas.
