I am a new grad RN that would like to start working right now, unfortunately, the new grad residency programs don't start until summer. Any one know of where I could work in San Diego area that is not a long-term care facility?

Have you expanded your search for an acute care position to include outlying communities and maybe out of county?

I agree with previous answer. A new position would still want to train and orient you for a couple of months trust me.

Wait for the residency - starting a job for a couple of months then going off to your residency won’t really help you because you’re beginning your career. If you can, enjoy the time before the residency starts.
