What Inpatient floor is best for future FNP experience? I worked Medsurge Tele 1 yr and OR 6mnths (Covid closed) before I left bedside to work in private doctors office. I love it but don’t feel like I’m getting the experience and knowledge needed.

Try the ER. You will see everyone across the age spectrum and a variety of conditions frommild to severe. Failing ER, if you plan to practice in an outpatient settng some day, a large clinic treating everyone in the community would be a good place to gain experience.
