I'm an RN and I got sponsorship through my employer (Home health agency) in Pennsylvania. Based on my experience, most hospitals won't sponsor, even the ones that used to sponsor before. Most places that would sponsor would be home health agencies and nursing homes/ LTC. However, there are some agencies who act as third party that would recruit you and have you work at a hospital, and your sponsorship would be through the agency under a contract. My advice to you would be to search on any job platform (mostly indeed) "RN visa sponsorship" and some options will come up. Not entirely sure if that option is is provided from hospitals on the incredible health platform.
