Interview Question Advice: "Where do you see yourself in five years?"

First of all. That question during an interview is meant to see your ambition. Your likelihood of staying with the company. It cost money to hire and orient a new employee. Will you advance your education. Will you get a certification in your specialty if available. That’s my interpretation of that question.
