Can you be fired during orientation period? I meant just because your pace is slower than others (not some other harmful errors)?

In KY you can be fired during your orientation period. Usually if you are just learning at a slower pace, you should be fine. If you are in an ICU or ER though, they may require you to move to a less critical area.

Depends on state . Ohio is a work at will . If your not a good fit . Then yes you can be let go .

Many states are "at will". Means they can let you go for whatever reason. It also means you can leave without notice
