# of Required hours for CA board? Do we need a verification letter from school if we are out of state? How long does it take to get ATT after CA processing for out of state grads?

I graduated nursing school from TX but took my NCLEX in CA. I had to submit transcripts to the board, but make sure you wait until your transcript has updated and says "graduated" on it or else you will have to resend it. It took almost 5 months for me to get my ATT, and it was a complete nightmare. I suggest waiting and sending in your transcript after it has updated and says that you have graduated!
