I am graduating with my BSN in May and have no idea what I want to do yet. Any advice or tips you would give to a new grad nurse?

This comes from a nurse who has practiced in remote and densely populated areas and in different cultures and countries in Africa. Get exposure, involvement and experience. I've changed my mind so many times and don't regret it. Start in an area where you can grow. Medical wards teach disease, medication, infection control, isolation, IV and other tubes management. Tough wards? You bet. But, when you walk ut of there, you will be "reborn" and ready to make some choices. Best of luck
